We are counting on you in the following tasks:
- Managing and administering procurement and ordering tasks, preparing procurement materials, partner screening
- Supervising, operating and developing asset management
- Tendering suppliers
- Optimizing processes within the field
- Preparing reports and statements related to the position
- Managing warranty cases, keeping records of warranties and related documents
- Managing and documenting asset auctions and sales
- Participating in the preparation of the financial plan and periodic forecasts
- Tasks related to invoice management
- Keeping records of contracts
What you will need to succeed:
- At least a secondary professional qualification or other higher education degree
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement and finance
- User-level knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Active English language skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Flexibility
- Innovative approach
- Responsible, independent work style
- Good communication skills
