In recent decades we have witnessed significant shifts in trends among custom development, SaaS and low-code approaches.
Now we experience two opposite trends: platformization as an essential means towards more cost-effective and predictable operations, and a strengthening need for customization as a volatile environment, sharpening competition and more complex processes to be supported are driving this need.
