What are the tasks we count on you for?
- active participation, taking a key role in initiation phase projects to identify and shape customer needs
- Professional management of customer workshops, guiding them to the best possible solutions
- defining business needs, supporting software delivery teams
- participation in presales tasks (processing RFIs, RFPs, key role in professional proposal preparation, negotiation rounds)
- participation in the formulation of marketing messages with a professional content
- monitoring industry trends, coordinating them with the partners responsible for our service development directions and marketing strategy
- Contact with business stakeholders
- Further development of a service culture built on Customer Satisfaction
- strengthening a consultative approach in the organisation, participating in internal knowledge sharing
To apply for this position you will need:
- university degree (technical or economical)
- at least 5 years of professional experience in the banking/insurance sector
- at least 3 years experience in a consultancy role
- experience in IT projects
- active knowledge of written and spoken English
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- a target- and customer-oriented mindset
- structured and independent working skills
- outstanding problem-solving skills, high sense of responsibility
- flexible, adaptive approach
- High level knowledge of MS Office and Office 365 applications
It is an advantage in the selection process:
