As a BI Developer, you will participate in the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise data warehouse, data provisioning, and decision support solutions. In addition, you will support clients in establishing and transforming their data management frameworks. The team will also rely on you for defining business requirements, identifying data sources, designing data models, developing and documenting solutions, and supporting testing activities.

We’re counting on you in the following tasks:
- Supporting the client’s business area
- Analyzing and documenting client requirements
- Proposing implementation approaches based on client needs
- Preparing and obtaining approval for functional specifications
- Creating reports for client-side data (source) validation
- Designing conceptual and logical star schema data models
- Developing and supporting developers during implementation
- Designing and developing reports and dashboards
- Participating in testing and supporting UAT
- Managing change requests
- Liaising with other teams, client-side stakeholders, partners, and vendors
To apply for this position you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience as a BI Developer or BI Analyst
- University degree
- Knowledge and experience with MS SQL Server On-premises (SQL Server, Reporting Services, Analysis Services, Power BI Report Server)
- Advanced SQL skills (preferably T-SQL)
- Intermediate English language proficiency
- Excellent analytical thinking and systems approach
- Openness and professional humility
- Willingness to share knowledge and engage in continuous learning
- Strong client orientation
It is an advantage in the selection process:
- Degree in a relevant field (IT or Economics)
- Consulting experience
- Knowledge of the MS cloud data platform
- Familiarity with open-source BI tools (e.g., Apache Superset) or ETL tools (e.g., Apache NiFi)
