As a Data Engineer / BI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing modern data warehouse and BI solutions for our clients. You won’t just be developing: you will also participate in shaping architecture, standardizing data platforms, and supporting the professional growth of the team.

We’re counting on you in the following tasks:
- Understanding, analyzing, and structuring client business requirements
- Designing data platform and data warehouse architectures (primarily using open-source stacks)
- Designing and developing ETL/ELT processes (e.g., using Apache NiFi or similar tools)
- Designing data models (dimensional modeling, data warehouse approach)
- Creating SQL-based data transformations and data pipelines
- Designing and developing dashboards and reports (e.g., using Apache Superset or other BI tools)
- Providing professional support to clients in data management and data strategy topics
- Preparing documentation and sharing knowledge
- Actively contributing to shaping the team’s professional direction (best practices, tools, methodologies)
To apply for this position you will need:
- At least 4 years of experience in a Data Engineer / BI Developer / Analytics Engineer role
- Strong SQL skills (vendor-agnostic mindset)
- Experience in data warehouse design and data modeling (Kimball, star schema)
- ETL/ELT mindset with hands-on experience in building data processing workflows
- Experience with at least one modern data stack component (e.g., NiFi, Airflow, dbt, Superset, etc.)
- Strong system-level thinking and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate level of English proficiency
- Client-focused mindset and strong communication skills
It is an advantage in the selection process:
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other open-source databases
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages
- Experience with containerization (Docker) or basic DevOps knowledge
- Experience in consulting or client-facing communication
- Experience with traditional data warehouse environments (e.g., MS SQL Server, SSIS/SSAS/SSRS/PBIRS) is an advantage
